Each client engagement begins with an executed Statement of Work detailing sprint milestones, technical architectures, acceptance criteria, and fixed payment stages.

2. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

Both parties agree to treat all architectural discussions, proprietary data stores, and source code as strictly confidential under industry standard NDA terms.
